Privacy notice
This site is static. It sets no advertising cookie, runs no analytics profile and stores nothing you type. The only personal data Northline Wellness Group, Inc. holds about you is what you send by email or what you enter at the checkout operated by our payment partner.
What this website itself collects
Nothing beyond the ordinary server log kept by the host: an IP address, a timestamp, the page requested and a browser string. Logs are retained for a short period for security and are not used to build a profile of you. The contact form on this site opens your own email client; no submission is stored on our end.
What happens when you order SodaBurn
Clicking a buy button hands you to the authorized checkout operated by our payment and fulfilment partner. Name, delivery address, email and payment details are entered there, under their privacy policy, and card numbers never reach this site or this company. We receive what we need to ship your order and answer questions about it.
Email you send us
Support and orders mailboxes hold your message and your address for as long as it takes to resolve the matter and to meet record-keeping obligations. We do not add correspondents to a marketing list, and there is no newsletter on this portal to be added to.
Cookies
This portal uses one browser storage item, and it is not a tracking cookie: a session flag that remembers you closed the price bar at the bottom of the screen. It disappears when you close the tab. The checkout you are handed to may set its own cookies, which its policy covers.
Third parties
Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sees the request. The payment and fulfilment partner processes your order. The carrier receives your delivery address. Nobody else receives your data and none of it is sold, because SodaBurn data is not a product.
Your rights
Ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion, at support@sodaburnsupplement.com. We answer within thirty days. Deletion is subject to records we are required to keep about completed orders. Residents of states with their own privacy statutes have those rights regardless of where they live, because we apply the same standard to everyone.
Children
This portal is not intended for anyone under 18 and SodaBurn should not be given to children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes
