SodaBurn delivery and tracking
SodaBurn orders leave the fulfilment desk within one business day and reach most US addresses in three to six business days. Three and six bottle packages ship free inside the United States; two bottle orders carry shipping at checkout.

Tracking a parcel
The tracking email arrives when the carrier label is created, which is usually a few hours before the parcel physically moves. A number that shows nothing for a day is normal. A number that shows nothing after two business days is worth an email to orders@sodaburnsupplement.com with the order number.
Check the spam folder before writing. Confirmation and tracking mail from a fulfilment system is the kind of message filters like to hide.
If a parcel is late, lost or damaged
Late is anything past eight business days inside the continental US. Write to the orders desk with the order number and the desk will open a trace with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, a replacement SodaBurn shipment goes out at no cost to you.
If the box arrives damaged, photograph it before opening if you can, then photograph the bottles. Glass survives most journeys but not all of them. Damaged bottles are replaced or refunded and you do not need to return the broken ones.
Addresses, changes and international orders
An address can be corrected while the order still shows as processing. Once it is with the carrier it cannot be changed from this end, and the parcel has to complete its journey and come back before it can be resent. Check the address on the confirmation email the day you order, not the day it should arrive.
This portal ships within the United States. It does not currently ship SodaBurn internationally, and it does not deliver to freight forwarders, because a parcel that leaves the country falls outside both the tracking chain and the 60-day guarantee.
Returns
Returns run through the guarantee rather than through a separate returns portal. Email the orders desk first for a return authorisation and address; parcels sent back without one are hard to match to an order and slow everything down. Return postage is paid by the customer, and a tracked service protects you if the parcel goes missing on the way back.
